David A. Yovanno

Chief Operating Officer of U.S. media
ValueClick, Inc.
As chief operating officer of ValueClick, Inc.'s U.S. media division, David A. Yovanno oversees the company's display advertising, lead generation and comparison shopping business units. Mr. Yovanno joined ValueClick in March 2000 and has held a number of management positions, including general manager of ValueClick Media, prior to his appointment as COO in 2007.He is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) board of directors. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Yovanno served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy and chief information officer for a naval hospital in the Pacific Northwest. He has also held project management roles in the information technology division of St. Joseph Health System. Mr. Yovanno holds a B.B.A. in marketing and an M.H.S.A. from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

 



Matthew Boyd
Senior Vice President

 

As senior vice president, Matthew Boyd is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing and publisher network development. Mr. Boyd joined ValueClick Media in March 2004 as a regional sales manager and in 2005 he was promoted to vice president, western sales. Prior to joining ValueClick Media, Mr. Boyd held sales and management positions at Lycos and Excite in San Francisco, Chicago, and Boston. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, where he served as an account executive. Mr. Boyd currently serves on the board of directors of the Bay Area Interactive Group, San Francisco’s interactive marketing organization. He holds a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and has completed graduate coursework in management and finance at Harvard University's extended education program.

 



Barbara Jennings

Senior Vice President, Operations
Barbara Jennings is senior vice president of operations and oversees all advertiser relationships and strategic accounts for ValueClick Media. Ms. Jennings joined ValueClick in early 1999 as part of its original sales team. In 2001, she joined Fastclick as vice president of sales, and later as vice president of media services where she developed Fastclick's account management team. Upon Fastclick being acquired by ValueClick, Inc., in 2005, she played a pivotal role in its integration with ValueClick Media and the migration of advertisers to a consolidated technology platform.Prior to online advertising, Ms. Jennings worked in the ski industry as public relations director for Steamboat Ski Resort, then as communications director for Colorado Ski Country USA. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in business.




Bill Todd

SVP, Sales North America
As senior vice president, sales Bill Todd oversees strategic sales initiatives, major accounts and leads the ValueClick Media sales organization in North America. He is also responsible for overseeing operations for the company’s New York office. Mr. Todd joined ValueClick, Inc. in 2000 and has held numerous sales management roles within the organization, including director of eastern sales and vice president, eastern sales. Prior to joining ValueClick he worked as a sales executive for Katz Radio in New York. Mr. Todd holds a bachelor of science degree in business communication from St. John’s University.

 



Scott Spaulding
Vice President, Western Sales
Scott Spaulding joined ValueClick Media’s New York sales team in 2003 as a sales account executive and has since served as senior account executive, regional sales manager and regional sales director. In 2007, Mr. Spaulding was promoted to vice president, western sales and relocated to ValueClick Media’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining ValueClick Media, Mr. Spaulding was an account executive at Interep/Winstar Interactive. He began his career at Intel Corporation as an assistant marketing manager. Mr. Spaulding received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of San Francisco and an MBA with a concentration in advertising operations from Fordham University.




Chad Peplinski
Vice President, Media Development

Chad Peplinski is vice president of media development at ValueClick Media, where he oversees all publisher relationships and operations for one of the industry's largest online advertising networks.  Previously director of media operations at Fastclick, Mr. Peplinski was instrumental in the integration of the company with ValueClick Media and developing turnkey representation solutions that deliver high effective CPM rates and high inventory fill rates for publishers.  He has over six years of experience in online advertising and business development and was a technical services manager at Musitek for nearly four years.  Mr. Peplinski holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. 

 



Nick Covella

Vice President,
Engineering & Technology
As vice president of engineering and technology, Nick Covella oversees product development and systems deployment for ValueClick Media’s ad serving platform. Prior to joining ValueClick Media in 2007, Mr. Covella was director of engineering and product development at Digital Theater Systems (DTS). Mr. Covella started his career at Lockheed, as a senior avionics engineer developing aircraft systems for the United States Air Force. Subsequently, he joined TRW as a senior project manager overseeing software development for U.S. Navy aviation systems. He later joined DreamWorks, SKG as a senior systems engineer, developing systems for rendering digitally animated feature films. Mr. Covella graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University, Northridge and earned an executive MBA from Pepperdine University.




G. Scott Piotroski
General Manager, Lead Generation
G. Scott Piotroski is the General Manager of Webclients.net and oversees the operations for ValueClick Media’s Lead Generation Network, one of the largest in the industry. Mr. Piotroski joined Webclients.net in 2000 and has served as both Controller and Chief Financial Officer. In 2003 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, taking on additional operational roles within the Company. As COO Mr. Piotroski was responsible for the implementation of new marketing mechanisms and optimization of the Company’s current lines of business, and led the Company’s effort to critically analyze and improve the operations of each department. Prior to joining Webclients.net, Mr. Piotroski was a Certified Public Accountant and employed by KPMG, a leading national accounting firm. His areas of expertise included audit, financial forecasting and corporate/individual taxation. Mr. Piotroski received his bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

 



Tony Winders

Vice President, Marketing
Tony Winders is vice president, marketing and oversees all marketing communications and product marketing activities for ValueClick Media. Mr. Winders joined ValueClick Media through its acquisition of Search123, where he was vice president of sales and marketing for the pay-per-click search engine. Prior to joining Search123, Mr. Winders was the co-founder of InterActive Agency, Inc. (iAgency), one of the world’s first interactive marketing services agencies. Mr. Winders began his career in interactive media as the director of marketing at Viridis, a CD-ROM games developer. He was previously director of client programs for Murphy/O’Brien Communications in Beverly Hills and an account executive at Paladino & Associates Public Relations in Hollywood. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from Central Missouri State University.
